About the Numbers
These numbers reflect probable cases of H1N1 flu. All cases have been evaluated by a clinician at the Longest Student Health Center and have been determined to be the flu. Only the Mississippi State Department of Health can confirm if a case of flu is H1N1, and MSDH is no longer routinely confirming cases. Since almost all flu cases submitted to MSDH up to now have been H1N1, it is assumed that all current and recent cases are, too.
